Terms of Service
These terms apply to necxsoft.com and to the demo apps we host on it, such as Necxsoft Perps & Predictions. By using the site or a demo, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Demo apps
Our demo apps are portfolio pieces that show what we can build. They run on Solana devnet and use test tokens that have no real value.
- They are not a financial service, exchange, broker or investment platform, and are not available for real-money trading.
- Nothing in them is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- Devnet can be reset, and demo data, balances and positions can disappear at any time.
- Never send real funds or mainnet tokens to a demo app or any address it shows.
No warranty
The site and demo apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Smart contracts and blockchain networks carry risks we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Philippine law allows, NECXSOFT is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or demo apps, including lost data, lost tokens or reliance on anything shown in them.
Client projects and white-label builds
Paid work, including white-label versions of our demos, is governed by a separate written agreement with each client. Where that agreement is silent, these points apply:
- The client decides what to launch and is the operator of the product it launches.
- The client is solely responsible for getting any licenses, registrations and approvals the product needs in every place it is offered, for example from the SEC or Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and for complying with securities, gaming, anti-money-laundering, consumer protection and data privacy laws.
- NECXSOFT provides software development services only. We do not operate, custody funds for, or provide regulated services through any client product.
- The client is responsible for commissioning an independent security audit before launching on mainnet.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site or demos to break the law, attack or overload our systems, or misrepresent a demo as a live service.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design and demo apps belong to NECXSOFT unless a client agreement says otherwise. You may not copy or redistribute them without our written permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of Davao City.
